Although this item is touted as being a great all around skin cream, the instructions that come with it say it's not to be used on healthy skin, but is intended only for skin damaged by radiation therapy. When I asked for the required permission to return the unused packages, I was told that I had to return it at my expense to Belgium,(which UPS said would cost $230) and there is no guarantee they'll refund my money even then. It costs way more to return the items than they cost in the first place, so obviously it makes no sense to do that. My only recourse was to file a complaint with my credit card company, resulting in a nasty letter from the seller's legal department, saying I should have read their rules more carefully before ordering from them. I hope you will do the same. Buyer beware!
I love the product. Did not love getting a bill from FedEx for 20 bucks, because they fronted the 5 dollar customs payment.
