At GlowCareAvenue, we are committed to delivering your beauty essentials safely and efficiently worldwide.


Order Processing


All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).


Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been confirmed, as they are processed immediately.

We ship worldwide from Belgium.

 • Hotels
 • Freight forwarders or relocation companies


Please note that once a package is accepted at the delivery address, Glow Care Avenue cannot be held responsible for loss or damage occurring afterward.



Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:
 • Destination country
 • Total weight of the order
 • Selected shipping method


Free shipping may be available depending on your country and order value. Conditions are displayed at checkout.



Estimated Delivery Times


Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method:
 • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
 • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.



Customs Duties & Taxes


For deliveries outside the European Union, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise specified.


This means:
 • Import duties
 • VAT
 • Customs clearance fees


are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested by the local carrier before delivery.


Glow Care Avenue has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.



Returned Shipments


If a package is returned to us due to:
 • Incorrect or incomplete address
 • Refusal by the recipient
 • Failure to collect the parcel


We may either:
 • Reship the order (additional shipping fees apply), or
 • Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.



Damaged or Missing Items


If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at:

Please include:
 • Your order number
 • Clear photos of the packaging and products
 • A detailed description of the issue


We will review your request and offer the most appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or store credit).



Special Products


Certain items such as perfumes or aerosols may be subject to specific transport regulations and may incur additional shipping fees.



Tracking Your Order


You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.


If your tracking shows a failed delivery attempt or a pickup location, we recommend contacting the carrier directly as soon as possible.
