How do I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.
How to track my order?
You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

Yes, free shipping is available for all the orders that’s placed inside the United States. We charge shipping fees for overseas orders.

How long does it take to get the Refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
How do I track my Refund?
To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. These terms are governed by Belgian law and do not override any statutory consumer rights you may have.

2. Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 48 business hours after payment confirmation, from our Belgian fulfillment center.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and weight. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Please note that delivery modifications or order cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed.
We offer standard and express international shipping. Estimated delivery times are visible at checkout. These times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.
3. Use of Promotional Codes
All discount codes provided by GlowCareAvenue are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing, posting or reproducing codes on public forums or coupon platforms without our consent is prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that use promotional codes in an unauthorized manner and to suspend associated customer accounts.
4. Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Please check with your local customs office to determine if your order will incur additional charges.
5. Customs Restrictions
All products available on GlowCareAvenue are authorized for sale and use in the European Union.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that imported products comply with their country’s regulations.
If a package is returned due to import restrictions, we will issue a store credit for the product value, minus any shipping and return costs incurred.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
Products must be sealed in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated via our contact form or by email.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
7. Order Issues & Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. We will investigate and provide a solution: either reshipping the order or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
Lost packages are eligible for a full refund or replacement once confirmed by the carrier.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
After dispatch, you may refuse delivery or return the order. Shipping costs remain at your expense.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging and products
- A clear description of the issue
We will evaluate the case and offer the most suitable solution: refund, reshipment, or store credit.
10. Collaboration Program
Influencers and content creators may be invited to join our collaboration program and receive personalized discount codes.
These codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be shared without our permission. Orders placed using these codes may be subject to additional conditions and verification.

Returns & Refunds
Damaged or missing items ?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@glowcareavenue.com.
Kindly include your order number, clear photos of the products and packaging, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will carefully review your request and propose the most appropriate solution, whether it is a refund, a replacement, or a store credit.
What if my order is returned to you?
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s timeframe, you may choose between the following options:
- We can resend your order, with new shipping fees applied, or
- We can issue a refund for the product value, excluding the original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.
What cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Products reported more than 14 days after delivery
- Clearance items or products marked as non-returnable
- Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes
When will I be refunded?
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit of the same value, valid for 12 months on our website.
Can I return my order
If you change your mind, you may return any unused and unopened product within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals and protective films intact.

- Wait for our return authorization and instructions before sending anything back
Returns must be shipped within 7 days after receiving our confirmation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, incorrect, or faulty product).
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. If you prefer, we can also provide a store credit of the same value.
Please note:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned
- Items returned without original packaging cannot be accepted
- Orders returned due to incorrect delivery information or failure to collect the parcel will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs
