These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) govern the contractual relationship between Glow Care Avenue and its customers for any purchase made on https://glowcareavenue.com. By placing an order on our website, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these T&C.
3. Orders
Orders are placed electronically on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Orders are processed within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled; however, you may exercise your right to return items after receipt (see section 9).
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency of your region. US customers are charged in US dollars (USD). European customers are charged in euros (EUR). Prices may vary by region due to currency conversion.. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation. For deliveries outside the Belgique, customs duties and import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Promotional Codes

Delivery terms, timeframes, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Glow Care Avenue ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided for information only.
8. Return Policy
Customers may return eligible products in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned items.
9. Return Policy (30-Day Return Period)
In accordance with applicable Belgian law on consumer rights, customers residing in the Belgique have the right to return their purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Glow Care Avenue of their decision by sending a clear statement to support@glowcareavenue.com, indicating their order number and intent to return. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days following the return notification, in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Refunds for returned orders will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
10. Liability
Glow Care Avenue shall not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to carriers, customs authorities, or any other third parties, nor for any indirect damages arising from the use of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Nothing in these T&C shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
